Our
Privacy Policy:
This letter is to inform all those associated with us
that on June 22, 2000 the Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) issued a new rule, Regulation S-P which serves to
implement the privacy requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley
Act. By law,
we are required each year to disclose to you our privacy
policies.
We realize and value that each one of our clients has entered
into a trusting relationship with us. Therefore, respecting the
privacy and security of your non-public personal information is
a top priority. Our
primary client goal is to safeguard your privacy while offering
the best products and services that are available.
We will not, nor have we ever disclosed any of our customers’
or former customers’ non-public personal information to any
outside third parties, except where required or permitted by
law. However, to
service our clients and their accounts we do collect and use

this information is collected by us or through our affiliates,
it is then queued into an online system used to pool together
pertinent non-public personal information.
Pooling this information into one source enables us to
more effectively monitor the correctness, suitability, and
timeliness of business transactions within individual accounts.
Implementation:

the SEC’s new rule, we will continue to internally safeguard
your non-public personal information by restricting access to
only those employees who provide products or services to you, or
to those who need access to your information in order to service
your account.
In addition, we will maintain physical and procedural safeguards
that meet federal and state standards to guard your non-public
personal information both internally and on-line.
Password protection, SSL Encryption, Virus scans, and
fire walls have all been implemented to help safeguard your
online personal information.
Opt Out Policy:
It is our stated
practice NOT to:

permitted by law. (For
example, required disclosures are made to outside auditors,
or to vendors assisting us in opening, maintaining or
servicing your account.)

you by mail, telephone or e-mail for products and services
that are not directly related to your account(s) and are
outside our regular communications with you. (For example,
regular communications include your monthly statement,
customer service e-mails or when you call our customer
